Questions
Do I have to tell callers it's an AI?
Yes. Say so at the start of the call. In Norway and the EU people should know they are talking to a machine and that the call may be recorded.
What if the agent gets something wrong?
Make it read back phone numbers and times, hand the caller to a person when it isn't sure, and listen to a few calls each week to fix weak spots.
